| Fred Williams: Infinite Horizons extended |
Fred Williams: Infinite Horizons has been extended to 5 August 2012.
Make no mistake: the Fred Williams exhibition at Federation Square is a national occasion, not just the parochial story of the grand return of one of Melbourne's most favoured sons. Williams belongs to that small group of major artists who changed the consciousness of a country and its culture. A change of consciousness means that the artist makes you see the world differently, gives you a new feeling for the environment and leaves you with a more profound understanding of your landscape, the place and space in which you exist.
Read Patrick McCaughey's full story, Fred Williams comes home in triumph, in The Melbourne Review.
